At MDX Co, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Shed Shelf Sort: Tidy Puzzle mobile game ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Game has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. You can play without giving us your name, email address, or any other personal contact information.
Because the Game has no accounts, we do not collect information that directly identifies you. The Game and the third-party advertising services it uses may collect the following:
Your game progress — including your current level, coins, lives, and settings — is saved locally on your device. We do not operate a server that stores this information, and it is not uploaded to us. A random, anonymous identifier may be generated on your device to support gameplay; it is not tied to your real identity and is reset if you reinstall the Game.
The Game is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. AdMob may work with mediation partners — including Unity Ads, Pangle, and Mintegral — to fill ad placements. These third parties may collect and process the advertising identifiers, device data, and ad-interaction data described above to serve, cap, and measure ads. We do not control how these partners use the data they collect; their practices are governed by their own privacy policies:
Where required by law — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — we present a consent request before personalized ads are shown. On iOS, we use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and ask for your permission before any tracking takes place; if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using a tracking identifier.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Game data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by our advertising partners is retained according to their own policies, linked above.
The Game is available internationally. Our advertising partners may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Game, you understand that information may be processed in those locations in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated through the Game or the app store listing. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
